1. API Token + company domain
In Pipedrive → Settings → Personal preferences → API. The token is 32-40 hex characters.
The company domain is the subdomain part of the URL: https://yourorg.pipedrive.com → yourorg.
2. Fill it in in DataNostro
Dashboard → Platforms → Pipedrive:
- Company domain:
yourorg(without .pipedrive.com) - API Token: from Personal preferences
3. What gets stored
For each conversion event we create a Lead with organization=customer_email domain and person=customer_email. The note contains event_name + value + UTM parameters.
