Agency FAQ
Can I invoice the client my own price?
Yes. There are two models: (a) the client pays DataNostro directly + you get a 20% commission on their payment; (b) you pay DataNostro and issue the client your own invoice with your margin (white-label model). You choose per client at deployment.
What's included in white-label?
The BUSINESS plan (CZK 3,490/month) includes 5 client accounts + custom branding (logo, primary color). For a full rebrand including a custom dashboard domain, email templates, and KB articles, go for the ENTERPRISE plan or ask us about an agency package.
How does the 20% commission work?
Every client brought in through your referral link or entered into the partner dashboard generates 20% rev share for 12 months. We pay out monthly by bank transfer in CZK. Reports in the partner dashboard — see /partneri/prehled/.
What does DataNostro Care do for us?
Care is a paid concierge: deployment, DNS, SSL, a GTM container audit, integration of specific platforms (Klaviyo, custom CAPI). For agencies we offer flat-rate Care with a priority SLA — sort it out with us during onboarding.
Can I migrate existing clients from another host?
Yes — we have a migration wizard and a Care concierge team that handles DNS, SSL, and data validation. Details in the Migration section.
