Frequently asked questions
Do I still need the classic Meta Pixel if I have CAPI? +
Yes. Meta recommends running both in parallel with the same event_id (deduplication). The pixel covers Conversion Lift measurement and custom audiences pre-iOS 14, CAPI bypasses ad-blockers and ITP. We send both at once automatically.
How big is the impact of iOS 17.5+ on pixel data? +
It depends on your share of iOS users — typically 35–45% for CZ stores. Of those, about 60–70% have Intelligent Tracking Prevention active. The real impact: 15–25% of conversions vanish from Ads Manager. Server-side CAPI brings them back.
What about the Conversion Leads API for Lead Ads campaigns? +
We support it. In the dashboard you set up the Lead → CRM mapping (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce / Zoho) and we deliver it with deduplication and the original source (UTM, click ID).
