    Sign up + GTM container

    14 days free. The setup wizard has the Heureka tag ready for Shoptet / Upgates / FastCentrik.

    Heureka API key

    In the Heureka admin → API → create a key for "Verified by Customers". Paste it into /dashboard/platforms/heureka/ and we'll send conversion events automatically.

    Feed URL for Heureka

    We generate feed.eshop.cz/heureka.xml from your product data (manually or from CSV / API). In the Heureka admin → Marketing → Heureka shopping, paste our URL.

Frequently asked questions

Heureka has no official CAPI / Conversions API. How do you do it? +

Heureka has two paths: the conversion pixel (iframe, blockable) and a server-side conversion endpoint available via an API key. We call the S2S endpoint with order ID, value, and transaction parameters.

Do you generate the whole Heureka feed? +

Yes — either from a product CSV upload or from your store's direct API. Cached for 1 hour, with automatic refresh. The Heureka feed is validated against the current XSD.

Does it work with Heureka Plus? +

Yes, Heureka Plus uses the same conversion endpoint and feed format. We send both event types, distinguished by a parameter.

And Heureka.sk? +

We fully support Heureka.sk in parallel. The same API key, just a different feed localization (EUR, sk-SK).

How much do I pay for Heureka tracking? +
