Frequently asked questions

Can I try it for free first?
Yes. The FREE plan is free forever (10,000 requests/month). Paid plans come with 14 days free, no credit card.
What happens if I exceed the request limit?
The service keeps running. We charge a transparent overage rate. You can upgrade anytime — the change takes effect immediately. Optionally, auto-upgrade to the next tier at 110% of the limit.
How do you count requests?
Inbound requests only, from browsers to the sGTM endpoint. Outbound calls to GA4, Meta, and Ads aren't counted — that's why you get unlimited platforms.
How do billing and VAT work?
We bill monthly in CZK or EUR. Invoices are generated automatically. Payment by transfer or card (Comgate). The operator is VAT-exempt under § 4 of Act No. 235/2004 Coll. — the prices shown are final; no VAT is applied on invoices. → A detailed page for your accountant (ISDOC, Pohoda, Money, ABRA)
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade immediately, downgrade at the end of the billing period. No commitments, no automatic renewal lock-in.
What if I want to switch to another provider?
A full data export is available in the dashboard — a ZIP with container_config.json, domains, platforms, and a 90-day audit log. No vendor lock-in.
