The Stape container runs in parallel until we confirm DataNostro as primary. The cutover is a DNS change — 60 seconds.

    Audit & scan

    We copy your Stape Container Config and note the active power-ups and platform credentials.

  2. DAYS 2-3

    Parallel setup

    We build the DataNostro project on a separate subdomain. Stape keeps running, switched over only after validation.

  3. DAYS 4-5

    Parallel test

    The same test event into both platforms. We compare attribution in Meta Test Events + GA4 DebugView.

  4. DAYS 6-7

    DNS cutover

    CNAME → DataNostro. You leave Stape running for 3 days as a safety net, then cancel billing.

FAQ

What you ask most

Will I lose any data or attribution during migration?
No. The Stape container runs in parallel up to the DNS cutover. Cookies move to the new domain within 24-48h, so the attribution window (90 days for Google Ads, 28 for Meta) stays intact. In the audit log you see every forwarded event.
Can I keep my access tokens for Meta/Google Ads/etc.?
We recommend generating new ones. Stape access tokens have Stape as the audience — they're functionally reusable, but if you suspect they were compromised, this is the ideal moment to rotate them.
What if I find something missing after cutover?
Cancel the Stape container only 3-5 days after cutover. If you find a problem, you just point DNS back to Stape (TTL 60s, done within a minute). The Care Premium package gives you 30 days of hyper-care, during which we check daily that data is flowing correctly.
Is migration included in the plan?
Self-service migration using the wizard + Academy guide — free. Managed migration via a Care package starts at a one-time CZK 19,900 (Standard) — that's 5-7 days of work by our team, who build everything for you, test it, and hand it over finished. If you aim higher than the PRO plan, Care Premium at CZK 39,900 includes 30 days of hyper-care.
What if I have a custom Stape Container Config with my own tags?
The Container Config is a standard — JSON from Google. DataNostro accepts it 1:1, you need no transformations. Tags + triggers + variables appear in the same structure in the Container view. Power-ups have different names in the UI (e.g. Stape „Cookie Keeper“ = DataNostro „Cookie Keeper“ — the same), but the configuration is 1:1 mappable.
Can I invoice a company in the EU outside the Czech Republic?
Yes. Reverse-charge VAT for VAT-registered businesses in the EU (you enter the VAT ID). For non-registered entities and third countries we send an invoice with Czech VAT at 21% or without VAT per the statutory rules. You can download invoices in PDF and ISDOC 6.0.2 (auto-import into Pohoda / Money / ABRA / Helios).
