They receive requests from the site and process them in the server-side container.
GA4 Client
Receives GA4 /g/collect requests in the sGTM container. Required for any GA4 server-side setup.
Meta Pixel Client
Receives Meta Pixel POSTs and forwards them through the container so the Meta CAPI tag can read the data.
TikTok Pixel Client
Routes TikTok pixel calls through the sGTM container.

They send data to the platforms (GA4, Meta CAPI, Google Ads, Sklik, …).
GA4 Event Tag
Forwards an event to GA4 Measurement Protocol. Pair with the GA4 Client to capture events from the front-end.
Meta Conversions API Tag
Server-side Meta CAPI tag with event_id deduplication and SHA-256 hashing of email/phone before send.
Google Ads Enhanced Conversions
Hashed user identifiers (email, phone) sent to Google Ads. Boosts match rate by ~30% over click-only attribution.
TikTok Events API Tag
Server-side TikTok Events API v1.3. Pixel ID + Marketing API access token.
Sklik Conversion (CZ)
Seznam Sklik conversion tag for CZ e-commerce. SEM ID identifies the conversion goal in Sklik UI.
📦 GTM Variables
Variables for reading cookies, session ID, and other data from the server-side request.
Cookie Value
Reads a single cookie value from the incoming request. Use anywhere a static variable is expected.
GA4 Session ID
Extracts session id from _ga_<container> cookie. Useful for joining server events with GA4 sessions in BigQuery.
📖 How to install a GTM template
Download the .tpl file
Click "Download .tpl" on the template you want. The file is saved to your Downloads folder.
Open the GTM Server-side container
Go to tagmanager.google.com and open your Server-side container.
Import the template
Templates → New → top-right ⋮ (three dots) → Import → select the downloaded .tpl file → Save.
Create a Client/Tag/Variable
Create a new Client/Tag/Variable → select your DataNostro template → configure it per the documentation.
Testovat a Publish
Aktivujte Preview mode → otestujte funkcionalitu → publish kontejneru. Hotovo.
💬 Frequently asked questions
Are these templates free?
Yes, all GTM templates are free. Power-Ups, however, are only available on DataNostro's PRO+ plans.
What's the difference between GTM templates and Power-Ups?
GTM templates: You have to download them manually, import them into GTM, configure them, and publish the container.
Power-Ups: Built-in features you activate with one click in the DataNostro dashboard. No GTM template installation.
Are the templates compatible with other sGTM platforms?
Yes, all templates use the standard sGTM API and are compatible with any sGTM platform. The only difference is the branding (DataNostro).
Do I need technical knowledge?
Basic GTM knowledge is recommended. For beginners we recommend using Power-Ups (one-click activation with no GTM configuration).
