Server-side GTM moves the processing of tracking data from the browser to the server. You get more accurate data (ad-blockers don't block it), a faster site (fewer scripts), longer cookies (2 years vs. 7 days), and better GDPR compliance.

Do I need my own GTM container?
Yes, you need a Google Tag Manager account with a server-side container. You create the container in GTM and paste the configuration code (Container Config) into our dashboard.
Where do the servers run?
The servers run in the EU — specifically in Hetzner data centers in Germany (Falkenstein, Nuremberg). Fully GDPR-compliant.
How long does setup take?
Creating the sGTM container itself takes 5 minutes. DNS setup can take 5 min to 48 hours (depending on the registrar). Overall you should be live within a day.
Do you support Seznam/Sklik?
Yes! Especially for the Czech market we offer server-side tracking for Seznam Sklik and Zboží.cz. See our Seznam Sklik guide.
What's the uptime?
We guarantee 99.9% uptime. Containers are automatically monitored and restarted on failure. For PRO plans and higher we provide an SLA.
Can I migrate from another provider (Stape, Addingwell)?
Yes, migration is simple — just point the DNS to our servers and paste the Container Config. Your GTM configuration stays the same. We'll be happy to help you with the migration.
