Why server-side tracking for Seznam?

Czech stores typically invest 30-50% of their budget in Seznam (Sklik, Zboží.cz). But client-side tracking loses up to 35% of conversions to ad-blockers and ITP. A server-side approach eliminates this gap.

Step 1: Sklik conversion code

  1. In your Sklik account, go to Tools → Conversions
  2. Copy the conversion ID and label
  3. In the sGTM container, use a custom HTTP request tag to send the conversion

Step 2: Zboží.cz retargeting

For Zboží.cz retargeting, forward product data (item_id, price, category) via sGTM to the Zboží.cz endpoint.

Step 3: Verification

  • You see new conversions in Sklik → Conversions
  • Zboží.cz retargeting works (check it in the Zboží.cz admin)
  • sGTM Preview Mode shows outbound requests to the Seznam API
